Updating Keystone Photo Upload means upgrading to Top Producer 8i

I was emailing with an old friend over at Top Producer and it came to my attention that the recent speed enhancements that were made to Keystone can have an affect on people who also use Top Producer.

It seems that when uploading photos, you’ll be prompted to update your version of Java — specifically Java version 6 update 3 – . Older versions of Top Producer, specifically version 7i and earlier don’t work correctly on the newer Java plug-in. Once you update the Java Plug-in for Keystone, you’ll need to start using the latest version of Top Producer — version 8i — also.

Top Producer 8i looks and feels a little different from the 7i version, and you can get up to speed on 8i quickly using the very helpful site www.TopProducerCampus.com.

If you are not sure what version of Java you currently have installed, you can verify your installed Java version here.
