Here is a friendly reminder that all MRIS subscribers have free access to Tax Assessor Maps for over 45 counties in the MRIS footprint. Assessor maps show the legal boundaries and dimensions of each parcel and serve as the basis for land value assessments. The assessor maps in most areas include the ability to save, annotate, measure, print, zoom in, zoom out, rotate, highlight and hand panning. These incredible options give you the opportunity to view neighboring property boundaries, view planned commercial and residential development as well as view town and subdivision boundaries, thus providing you with more information to assist your client in making all of their real estate decisions based on accurate content.Access Assessor Maps from the Resource Center of the Full Listing Display in Matrix. This subscriber benefit is no extra cost to MRIS customers. For more information on the assessor maps please visit the Assessor Map Product Page. Â
